Shawn Cesar, Clear Lake, passed away on June 15, 2016.  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 25 from 4 - 6:30 pm.  The service will be at 5 pm.  The celebration will be held on the Lady of the Lake dockside, Clear Lake.  Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
