Janet Baack, 81, Clear Lake, passed away Tues., Feb. 2, 2016, at Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.  A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Sat., Feb. 6 at Zion Lutheran Church, Clear Lake.  Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Fri., Feb. 5 at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake.
