Cecil E. Bottjen, 87, Clear Lake, passed away Thurs., Dec. 10, 2015 at Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.  Per Cecil's wishes, his body has been cremated and a memorial service will be 11 a.m. Mon., Dec. 14 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Sioux City.  Visitation will be held from 9 - 11 a.m. Mon. prior to the service.
