Crews dig in to Emerald Edge Subdivision

Work has shifted into high gear at the Emerald Edge subdivision under construction north of Highway 18 near 16th Street and continuing east.  Emerald Edge is expected to be complete with construction by late September. -Reporter photo by Chris Barragy.
