Ghosts, goblins, super heroes on parade

An estimated 150 children took part in the Clear Lake Parks and Recreation Department’s annual Halloween parade on Saturday.  Families gathered at City Hall and then proceeded down Main Avenue to get their sweet rewards at City Park.  The Clear Lake Arts Center also hosted a free creative activity following the parade. - Reporter photo by Chris Barragy.
