Hazel E. Leaman, 90, of Mason City, Iowa, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, at the Good Shepherd Health Center.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016, at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Mason City, with Pastor Janet Dorenkamp, Chaplain – Hospice of North Iowa officiating.  Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at Major Erickson Funeral Home and continue one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the Hazel Leaman Memorial Fund in care of the family.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.majorericksonfuneralhome.com
