Lazy, hazy summer days

The dog days of summer have finally arrived.  After a relatively cool start to the season, temperatures finally topped the 90 degree mark and humidity went even higher Monday.  The heat drove large numbers of people to the lake to find relief.  (Left)  These teens were having fun jumping from the city docks by City Beach.  The forecast is for temperatures to stay in the mid-80s through the week and stretch to the 90s by the weekend.  The lake should remain busy all week!
