Michael J. "Mike" Havig, Clear Lake, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous 16 year battle with cancer.  Funeral services will be 10:30 am Saturday, July 9 at the Clear Lake United Methodist Church.  Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 pm at the Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear lake.  Family suggests memorials to the Michael J. Havig memorial fund or Hospice of North Iowa.
