Shirley Ann Carr, 84, Clear Lake, passed away Sun., Jan. 3, 2016 at her home.  A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thurs., Jan. 7 at Clear Lake Christian Church.  Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Wed., Jan. 6 at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake.
