Two more victories for CL boys tennis team

The Clear Lake boys tennis team is off to a 3-1 start on the season after posting two more victories last week.

“I am pleased with our 3-1 start on the year.  This is a young team that is continuing to improve,” said Coach Rich Peters.

CL 8, Union, LaPorte City 1

The Lions were at LaPorte City Monday, April 10, and came away with an 8-1 victory.  Jacob Peterson fell in the number one singles match, but bounced back in doubles.  He paired with Mac Adams and won, 10-7.  The Lions swept the remainder of singles and doubles matches.

“I thought the doubles played really well at Union.  The team continues to improve,” said Coach Peters.
