CL and GHV begin Class 3A Region 2 play tonight

Clear Lake and Garner-Hayfield/Ventura softball teams will begin Class 3A Region 2 post-season play tonight (Wednesday, July 8).

The Lions will travel to Cresco to take on Crestwood in a 7 p.m. game.  The winner will advance to play wither Osage or New Hampton Friday night, July 10, at Cresco.

GHV will host Algona in their first round game on Wednesday, July 8.  Game time is 7 p.m.  The winner will meet Estherville-Lincoln Central or Forest City in the second round.  That game will be at 7 p.m. Friday, July 10, at E-LC.
