Library re-opens

Assistant Librarian Aaron Ruggles turns the sign to let the public know the Clear Lake Public Library re-opened its doors Monday, Feb. 1.  The library had been closed to patrons since Nov. 23, due to COVID-19 concerns, however curbside service was maintained.-Reporter photo by Chris Barragy.
