“Wayne” Dale Spilman, Jr., 69, of Mason City, died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at the Veteran’s Hospital, in Des Moines, Iowa.

  A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. with a one hour prior visitation on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015, at Fullerton Funeral Home, 123 2nd St. SE, Mason City.  Reverend Ron Stein will be officiating.  Interment will follow at Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery.

  Arrangements are with Fullerton Funeral Home, Mason City.

Marilyn Arlene Fischer, 86, of Rockford, Iowa, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, at Nora Springs Care Center, Nora Springs, Iowa.

A visitation was held on Monday, Dec. 21, at First United Methodist Church, Rockford, Iowa.  A funeral service was held on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015.  The Reverend Judy Wooton officiated.  Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery, in Rockford.

James Gardinier, 75, of Clear Lake, passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, Mason City.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapels, Mason City, with Pastor Daird Korth officiating.  Following services military honors were conducted by the Mason City Veterans. Inurnment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions to Jim Gardinier Memorial Fund.

Jerry Edward Davis, 78, of Clear Lake, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, at Oakwood Care Center, in Clear Lake.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, with Pastor Dennis Ganz officiating.  Military honors were provided by the Clear Lake V.F.W. Per Jerry’s wishes, his body was cremated following services and a private inurnment will be at a later date.

Family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of North Iowa.

Charles "Charlie" "Chuck" Elijah Vosburgh, 89, Mason City, passed away Sat., Dec. 19, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, Mason City.  A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Wed., Dec., 23 at St. James Lutheran Church, Mason City.  Visitation will be held from 5 - 7 p.m. Tues. at the Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, Mason City and also one hour prior to the service on Wed. at the church.
