Christmas spirit is bright at this Clear Lake home

The Christmas spirit is shining bright at the home of Ryan and Kelly Bowman in Clear Lake.  As a matter of fact, it’s radiating in every color from a 20-foot tree, snowflakes, arches, wreaths, candy canes, stars and mini trees.  And it’s all set to music which you can tune in to from the comfort of your car.

Remember When 12-1-2021

Central School helps out in 1996 - Central School students hoped to make the holidays a little brighter for North Iowa families in 1996 by making contributions to the Hawkeye Harvest Food Bank.  An all-school food drive brought in 686 foot items.  Each of the fourth through sixth grade classrooms are represented here.  Pictured are front (L-R): Tyler Byington, Jared Fairbank, Alex Yohn, Sara Haag, Bill Getman, Joe Davies.

Anticipation

Sophia and Beau are just like the rest of us -- we can hardly wait for Christmas by the Lake weekend!  Santa will be part of the fun on Saturday, as he welcomes visitors to his City Park house from 1-4 p.m. and again after the Lighted Parade and fireworks.-Reporter photo by Chris Barragy.
