Elizabeth Jensen

Elizabeth A. “Beth” Jensen, 93, of Clear Lake, died Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

A funeral service for Beth will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Zion Lutheran Church, 12 N. 4th Street, Clear Lake, with the Reverend Dean Hess presiding.  Burial will follow in the Clear Lake Cemetery.  The family will greet friends from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the church on Thursday.

Patsy Ann Broers

Patsy Ann Broers, 67, of Harrison, Ark., died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the Hospice House in Harrison.  

Services for Patsy were held on Friday, April 4, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church, Harrison, with the Rev. David Williams officiating.  Burial was in the Maplewood Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1100 W. Bower St., Harrison, Ark., 72601.  Online condolences may be left at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com.  

Wilma A. Scott

Wilma “Ann” Scott, 80, of Clear Lake, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City with her family at her side.

Per Ann’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service was held on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Clear Lake United Methodist Church, Clear Lake.  Inurnment followed in the Clear Lake Cemetery. 

Should friends desire, memorials may be left to Clear Lake United Methodist Church Altar Guild or Apple Valley Assisted Living.

Lillian Cooper

Lillian Cooper, of Scottsdale, Ariz., passed away on March 25, 2014 at the age of 103.  She was born on Dec. 13, 1910 to Jurgen and Elizabeth Aden and grew up in Gothenburg, Neb.

She married Jim Cooper in 1932.  They lived in Omaha, Neb., and had two children, a son, Bob, and a daughter, Lu.  In 1947 the family moved to Marshalltown, Iowa.  Lillian was a member of PEO, a golfer and a bowler.  She also enjoyed a variety of crafts.  She loved life, laughter and country living.
