The world lost a beautiful person on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022.  Jo Ann (Skipton) Pedelty died surrounded by her family at her home following a long illness.

Jo was born in Mason City, Iowa in 1937, to Camilla and Gerald Skipton.  She was the youngest of five children and was babied and beloved by her older siblings.

Karleda F. Hayungs, of Clear Lake, most recently a resident of the Oakwood Manor Care Center, Clear Lake, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022, at the MercyOne North Iowa Hospice Inpatient, Mason City, Iowa.  Funeral arrangements are being completed with the Andrews Funeral Home, Belmond, Iowa.

Mark Christopher Kemmerer, 66, of Clear Lake, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.

A Celebration of Life was held from 4-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 1st Ave. N., Clear Lake.

A graveside inurnment will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, at Clear Lake Cemetery with Mark Doebel officiating.

Marilyn Mae Nuehring, 89, died Thursday Feb. 10, 2022 at the Good Shepherd Health Center in Mason City. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 301 S. Main St., Ventura, with Rev. Jesse Burns officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Mason City.
