Donald Duane Deike, 82, passed away Friday, Dec. 4, 2020, at West View Care Center, Britt, Iowa. 

  A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020, at Open Bible Church, 509 S. 17th St., Clear Lake, with Pastor Will Hunsaker officiating. Burial will take place at the Meservey Cemetery. 

Public visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11, at Open Bible Church.

Paula D. Hicks, 91, of Ventura, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, at the Oakwood Care Center, Clear Lake.

A graveside service will be held in the spring at Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City.  According to her wishes her body has been cremated.  Memorials may be directed to the Hick’s family c/o Jeff  Hicks or Melinda Wilson or Galilean Lutheran Church in Paula Hick’s honor.

John Schmidt, 80, of Clear Lake, died Thursday, Dec 3, 2020, at his home.  

According to his wishes, his body has been cremated and a graveside service will be held on Friday Dec. 11, at 11 a.m., at the Clear Lake Cemetery, with Pastor Mark Doebel officiating.   

Thomas Daniel Clark Sr, 84, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020, in his Clear Lake home, surrounded by his children. 

A public visitation was held at Ward-Van-Slyke Colonial Chapel.
