Larry D. Weakland, 71, of Clear Lake, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018, at Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, in Mason City.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8, at Harvest Bible Chapel, 2200 N. 24th St., Clear Lake, with Pastor John Tank officiating.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake.

Family suggests memorial contributions to Relay for Life of Cerro Gordo County or to Harvest Bible Chapel in Clear Lake.

Wesley “Wes” Dewey Edgar, 87, died peacefully at home in Phoenix, Az., on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018 surrounded by family.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, Nov. 3, at Green Acres Mortuary, Scottsdale, Az.  A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, Nov. 3, at Christ Lutheran Church, Phoenix.

Wayne David Broers, age 73, of Harrison, Mo. passed away Monday, Oct. 29, 2018, at Springfield, Mo.

Geraldine “Jeri” Pitkin, 96, of Clear Lake, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, in Mason City.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, with the Rev. Tom Gerdts officiating.  Burial was at Clear Lake Cemetery, in Clear Lake.
