Clarence Eugene Clark, 91, of Mason City, Iowa, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, at Heritage Care and Rehabilitation Center, in Mason City.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, in Clear Lake, with the Rev. Dr. Jacqueline Thompson officiating.  Interment was at Hillside Cemetery, in Sheffield.

Jerry Dwyer, 85, of Clear Lake, died Sat., Jan. 16, 2016 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.  Arrangements are incomplete at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake.

Jeffery Schultz, 61, of Mason City, passed away Sun., Jan. 17, 2016, at home in Mason City.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Visitation will be held 5 - 7 p.m. Wed., Jan. 20 at Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapels, Mason City.

Thomas "Tommy" "Elvis" Washington, 68, of Mason City died Thurs., Jan. 14, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa, Mason City, Iowa.  Celebration of of Tom's life will be 10:30 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 21, 2016 at Rhythm Church, Mason City.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. at the Ward-Van Slyke  Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, and then one hour before the service on Thursday at the church.
