COVID-19 puts the brakes on car show

After much discussion, the C.L.A.S.S. Car Club has decided to cancel its 2020 C.L.A.S.S. Car Show.  The event was scheduled to be held on Saturday, Aug. 8.  In conjunction with the car show, the club also hosts a car cruise, which was to be held on Friday, Aug. 7.  That event has not officially been canceled.  The club will make that decision closer to the date.

Michele Lee Aydelotte, 50, lost her courageous battle with cancer on Friday, June 5, 2020, at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.

  A visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake. Family is asking that you wear your masks and practice social distancing.

  A memorial service and an inurnment will take place in Eden Valley, Minn. at Saint Peters Cemetery at a later date.
