Alice M. Toresdahl

Alice Mae Toresdahl, 87, of Mason City, Iowa, formerly of Clear Lake, died Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Good Shepherd Health Center, in Mason City.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake, with Pastor Matthew Muters officiating.  Inurnment was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City.

  Family suggests memorial contributions to the Alice Toresdahl Memorial Fund.

Myron A. (Snooks) Haugen, 72, of 206 Wesley Dr., Clear Lake, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City, Iowa.

The family suggests memorials in memory of Myron be in care of Pat Haugen, 206 Wesley Dr., Clear Lake, Iowa 50428.

It was Myron’s wish to be cremated.

The Clear Lake Mirror-Reporter’s popular “Remember When” is about to go to a whole new level.

“Remember When - Around the Lake” is the first in a series of pictorial history books planned for publication.  The 78-page, hard-cover coffee table book will be released in just a few short weeks.
