Paulette M. O’Dell, 65, of Mason City, Iowa, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018, at the University of Minnesota Fairview Hospital.

Memorial services were held on Friday, March 16, 2018, at Fullerton Funeral Home, Mason City.

Paulette was born on July 29, 1952, in Mason City, the daughter of Forest D. and Wilma Darlene “Lemon” Poole. She graduated from the Mason City High School.

Randy Funk, 58, of Clear Lake, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, in Mason City.

A visitation was held on Monday, March 19, 2018, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

James Merfeld, 68, of Clear Lake, passed from this world on Thursday, March 1, 2018, surrounded by his family in Clear Lake, after a long bout with lymphoma.

A memorial visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake.

Family suggests memorial contributions to the Gift of Life Transplant House, in Rochester, Minn., or to Jim’s family.

Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Glenn Leon Shropshire, 94, of Clear Lake, died Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Concord Care Center, in Garner, Iowa.

Per Glenn’s wishes, his body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at Galilean Lutheran Church, in Clear Lake, at a later date.

Family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of North Iowa.

Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, was in charge of arrangements.
