Walter Allen “Wally” Bielenberg, 80, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022, at MercyOne North Iowa Hospice. Wally had battled a lung disease (Bronchiectasis) for many years. During the last six years he did all he could to live a full life, never complaining as he received his daily treatments. 

A Celebration of Life was held on Tuesday April 12, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, with Pastor Melinda McCluskey from Galilean Lutheran Church officiating.

John A. Jordan, 59, of Clear Lake, passed away April 8, 2022 at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, Mason City.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, at Pilot Knob Lutheran Church, 2391 330th St., Forest City, with the Rev. Robert Snitzer officiating. He will be buried at Brush Point Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 1st Ave. N., Clear Lake. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.

Geraldine Lavon Brower, 84, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022, in Marlow, Okla.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date. All arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Geraldine was born Wednesday, May 26, 1937, in Crystal Lake, Iowa, to Henry and Evelyn (Peck) Brower. She was a graduate of Clear Lake High School.  Geraldine worked as a secretary and in sales for Winnebago. She lived in Clear Lake all of her life.

Troy Michael Harringa, 55, of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., passed away April 9, 2022, at NC Little Hospice in Edina, Minn. 

He was born April 12, 1966, in Mason City.  

Visitation will be held April 16,  from 10-11:30 a.m., with a Celebration of Life service to follow at Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 3rd St., Mason City.

The family requests that everyone dress casually.
