Lion fans were treated to an exciting North Central Conference volleyball match Thursday night.  Clear Lake hosted St. Edmond and battled to a victory in five games.  

The Lions had to mount a comeback to claim the win.

Astor mounts a challenge against cancer

Business owners killed in head-on collision

Chris and Anita Andersen, owners of the popular Andersen Market, with locations in Clear Lake and Mason City, were killed in a head-on crash with another vehicle in Floyd County on Saturday, Sept. 4.
