Three members of the Clear Lake Lions football team have been named to the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association’s All-State teams. IPSWA members, with assistance from the Iowa Football Coaches Association, selected players through a virtual meeting held on Sunday, Nov. 22.

Gerald Lee Schultz, 83, of Clear Lake, died Monday, Nov. 23, 2020, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, in Mason City.

A graveside service was held on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020, at Clear Lake Cemetery, where military honors were provided by the Clear Lake VFW Post 4868 Honor Guard.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the family at 1618 Poplar Pl., Clear Lake, Iowa 50428.
