Every Tuesday night in the summer of 1965 at the Bob Cash farm, northwest of Clear Lake, a baseball game was played in the Pasture League.  The league only had two teams, the “Kids” and the “Pops.”  Youngsters played with the “Kids” until they were married.  As soon as they get married they had to switch to the “Pops.”  There was a job for every family member willing to participate in the league.
