Timothy Alan Entner, 57, of Clear Lake, died Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, St. Mary’s Campus in Rochester, Minn..

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017, at Harvest Bible Church, 2200 N. 24th St., Clear Lake, with Pastor John Tank officiating.  Inurnment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, in Mason City.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake.

Leslie Rae Golien, 81, of Clear Lake, died Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017, at Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake. Inurnment was in the Clear Lake Cemetery, with military honors provided by the Clear Lake VFW Post 4868.

Dennis Welsh passed away peacefully at North Iowa Hospice on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017, in Mason City, Iowa, at the age of 58.

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, at Clear Lake Christian Church, US-18 West, Clear Lake,  with Pastor Drew Rietjens officiating. Burial was in the Belmond Cemetery. Flowers and condolences may be sent to the church address.

Charlotte M. Fulghum, 93, died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017, at the Zion Lutheran Church, 112 N. 4th St., Clear Lake.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery.    Memorials can be directed to Hospice of North Iowa.
