The Clear Lake boys soccer team coasted in their opening match, but was given a reality check against one of the state’s top programs.

CL 8, CAL 0

The Clear Lake boys opened their season Monday, April 11, at home against CAL.  The Lions took a 4-0 advantage into halftime and concluded the contest with an 8-0 victory.

Indian Relays

The Clear Lake girls got on the scoreboard first and played solid defense to earn their first win of the season Tuesday, April 12, at Humboldt, 3-1.

After a scoreless first half, Milo Dugan put the Lions on the board with a goal at the 30-minute mark of the second half.  Dugan netted the ball off an Erin O’Tool pass.

The Clear Lake boys golf team is off to a strong start.  After a busy week the Lions are 2-0 in the North Central Conference and 7-5 overall.

CL 174, New Hampton 159

Clear Lake’s Kyle Calaguas fired a 34 and teammate Thomas Storbeck had a 35 to help the Clear Lake boys golf team to a 174 to 159 win over New Hampton Monday, April 11.
