New Clear Lake Watershed Coordinator selected

James Sholly, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, has been selected to be the new Clear Lake Watershed Coordinator.

Sholly is the current “Iowa Great Lakes Watershed Project Coordinator,” working for Dickinson County Soil & Water Conservation District since 2014.  He earned a Master of Science degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aquatic Biology from Bemidji State University.

Remember When 4-13-2016

Dorothy “Dot” King

Dorothy “Dot” King, 69, of Flore, Northamptonshire, England, died Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Danetre Hospital, Daventry, Northamptonshire, after a long illness bravely borne.

The funeral service will take place at All Saints Church, Flore, Northamptonshire, at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2016, with the Rev. Stephen Burrow officiating. Burial will take place in the churchyard.
