Janet L. Dorenkamp, 62, of Clear Lake, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017, in Clear Lake.  She was born on Feb. 28, 1955, the daughter of Dick and Esther (Barkema) Dorenkamp.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 24, 2017, at Zion Reformed Church in rural Sheffield, Iowa, with the Rev. Arthur J. Zewert officiating.  A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home, in Hampton, Iowa.  Burial will take place in the Zion Reformed Church Cemetery, rural Sheffield.

Amy M Jamtgaard, 97, of Clear Lake, died Sunday, March 12, 2017, at Oakwood Care Center, in Clear Lake.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at the Evangelical Free Church, Clear Lake, with Pastor Dan Jordan officiating.  Interment was at the Oakland Cemetery, in Forest City, Iowa. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.majorericksonfuneralhome.com.

Richard “Rick” Bryan Kuns, 64, of Clear Lake, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at his home.

A private family graveside inurnment was held on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Grant Township Cemetery, in rural Fertile, Iowa, with Pastor Rob Perry officiating.

Family suggests memorial contributions to the Rick Kuns Memorial Fund in care of Bonnie Kuns, 716 W. L St., Forest City, IA 50436, or to the charity of one’s choice.

Frances Marian Davis Monaghen, 84, passed away on March 11, in Omaha, Neb., in the presence of her oldest daughter at 7:10 p.m.

Frances loved God, her family and the little ones. Her family celebrated her at a funeral service held at St. Patrick’s Church, in Clear Lake, on Saturday, March 18.  The burial was at the Lincoln Township Cemetery.
